Manufacturing Is the Easy Part. Integration Is What We Do.

The success of your technology depends on the integrity of its build and how every component performs as part of a complete system. FSE engineers, manufactures, and integrates custom electrical systems within a 135,000-square-foot facility, delivering infrastructure that is fully assembled, tested, and ready for installation and commissioning.

New build or retrofit. Prototype or production. Standard or high-mix. One team. One facility. One integrated solution.

Why All Eight Categories Operate as One Team

Engineering, manufacturing, integration, and testing are interconnected. When those capabilities are separated across multiple suppliers, design changes, communication, and production schedules become more difficult to manage.

FSE brings all eight product categories together within a single 135,000-square-foot facility under one quality management system. Engineering teams work alongside manufacturing. Component traceability is maintained throughout production. Design revisions move directly to the shop floor, and integrated systems are validated before shipment. The result is greater consistency, faster execution, and a simpler path from concept to commissioning.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does First Source Electronics manufacture?

FSE manufactures six core product categories under one roof: critical power distribution (panels, switchgear, PDUs, transformers), thermal management (liquid cooling, hybrid systems, CDU enclosures), custom critical cables, wire harnesses and whips, automation and electromechanical integration (control enclosures, conveyors, robotics), and mission-critical defense electronics. Every category is engineered, built, and tested at our 140,000 sq ft facility.

Does FSE build custom hardware or only catalog products?

FSE is a custom contract manufacturer. Every product we build is engineered to your specifications, footprint, and application. We don't sell catalog SKUs. Whether you bring us a finalized print, a rough sketch, or an RFQ, our engineering team works with you from concept through production to deliver hardware built exactly for the job it has to do.

Why does FSE manufacture so many different product categories?

Because critical infrastructure rarely needs just one thing. A data center build needs power distribution, thermal management, cables, and harnesses, usually from different suppliers, with all the friction that creates. FSE's single-roof model consolidates the supply chain, eliminates handoff delays between sub-contractors, and keeps every component traceable through one quality management system.

Can FSE handle both prototyping and high-volume production?

Yes. Our 140,000 sq ft facility processes quick-turn prototyping and high-volume production runs through the same engineering, fabrication, and testing infrastructure. Whether you need a first-article build, a short-run pilot, or a multi-thousand-unit deployment, our team scales engineering, program management, and skilled labor to match the program's demands.
